Located on one of Danville's favorite streets in the coveted Westside neighborhood, this 4 bedroom/2 bath home has an idyllic location and the type of lot everyone wants. The kitchen is spacious with granite counters, ample cabinetry, in island gas cooktop, and a built-in Sub Zero fridge. Public rooms flow well to one another. Skylights in kitchen, hallway, and master bring in loads of natural light. Plantation shutters in many rooms. Large master with direct access via patio door to backyard. Hall bath has access to rear yard - great for pool parties. The backyard is huge and flat, quiet and private. The recently remodeled Pebble Tec pool would comfortably fit the whole Little League team or the entire classroom at the end of year Montair party. A huge paver patio provides several entertaining/relaxing spots. Plenty of room for an ADU, basketball court, outdoor kitchen, or all the above.
The Westside is Danville's destination neighborhood. It is well known and loved for the large flat lots, its proximity to Town, the amazing schools in the catchment, and mostly the strong sense of community here. Westsiders might spend Friday nights walking down to Pete’s for a burger and a beer before watching the SRV Wolves football game, and the next morning hop on their bikes and head to the Farmer’s Market.
The Town of Danville is located in the San Ramon Valley in Contra Costa County, California. It is one of the incorporated municipalities in California that uses "town" in its name instead of "city". The population was 44,631 in 2016. With a lively downtown district, shopping and outdoor dining are popular. Danville hosts a farmers' market each Saturday next to the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, located in the historic Southern Pacific Railroad Train Depot. The Iron Horse Regional Trail runs through Danville. It was first a railroad that has been converted to an 80-foot (24 m) wide corridor of bike and hike trails as well as controlled intersections. Extending from Pleasanton to Concord, the trail passes through Danville. Danville is also home to the Village Theatre and Art Gallery, hosting children's theatre, shows and art discussions.
